Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Independence, MO. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales activities, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets within designated areas. Key responsibilities include managing and mentoring a sales team, monitoring sales performance, implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement, and ensuring operational efficiency. The role also involves fostering a positive team culture, addressing customer needs, and maintaining a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.

- Experience in retail sales or a related field is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred
