Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR)

• Welcome and assist all customers in the alterations room with genuine enthusiasm, using phone, virtual chat, and in‑person interactions.
• Use all company systems to manage customer flow and deliver a five‑star service experience.
• Prepare, welcome, and meet customer needs while completing operational checklists and ensuring emotional and practical satisfaction.
• Provide timely, accurate communication and escalation of customer concerns to the Alterations Manager.
• Promote alterations services and value‑added options, partnering with the Alterations team to tailor solutions.
• Maintain store standards—clean, organized, promotional readiness, and recovery—supporting a flawless shopping experience.
• Press, steam and spot clean all merchandise; inspect altered garments for pristine condition before final delivery.
• Support inventory management through special order processing and quality assurance.
• Process transactions accurately at the cash wrap, ensuring every customer feels celebrated.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by store management.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior sewing or alterations experience is helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) systems.
