Overview

GM and Food (General Merchandise, Closing, Fulfillment, Inbound, Food and Beverage) (T1201) role rting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $16.00 USD per hour.

• Assist guests and teammates to create a welcoming experience; greet guests and help solve their needs.
• Execute daily tasks to support business priorities and sales goals, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment if certified; move merchandise or store fixtures as needed.
• Perform processes such as changing prices, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about resources, products, and services in the total store to assist guests and improve experiences.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (e.g., picking and packing orders or delivering pickup orders) while complying with laws.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders as required.
• Scan, handle and move merchandise safely; frequently lift or move up to 44 pounds without assistance.
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable and prompt attendance.
• Work in varying temperatures and elements; roles may include Drive-Up, carryout, etc.
• Be mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary).
