First Cash is hiring entry‑level retail sales associates for part‑time positions in pawn store locations nationwide. The role blends customer service on both lending and retail sides of the business and offers hourly pay plus a commission structure that rewards productivity.

The successful candidate greets customers, processes sales, loans and other transactions, and maintains a clean, stocked sales floor. The associate acts as a front‑line partner with the entire store staff to create a positive customer experience.

• Greets and engages all customers, establishing rapport to recommend appropriate financial solutions.
• Performs non‑management open/close procedures and keeps the sales floor clean and stocked.
• Processes sales and loan transactions in accordance with established policies and regulatory requirements.
• Handles all cash and negotiable items securely.
• Answers incoming calls per company standards.
• Communicates legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
• Collaborates with coworkers and managers to deliver a memorable customer experience.
• Completes assigned training and performs related duties as assigned.

• Willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and perform extended standing, stooping, walking, climbing, and pulling tasks as required.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience; minimum age 18.
• Strong desire to work with people, serve customers, and work team‑oriented.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment and perform basic math calculations proficiently.
• Cash handling experience preferred; computer‑literate with proficiency in POS systems.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule based on business needs, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in multiple locations as business needs dictate.

• Competitive hourly wage ($13.75–$16.45) plus up to 8% commission on transactions.
