Overview

Retail Sales Associate – Part Time oZone’s store teams are the frontline of WOW! Customer Service, assisting customers with automotive parts and solutions, maintaining inventory, and providing expert guidance to drive sales and a positive retail environment.

• Customer Assistance & Communication – Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.
• Leadership & Teamwork – Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment. Support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities.
• Sales & Metrics – Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance the customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Inventory Management & Store Operations – Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper point of sale procedures and loss prevention policies to ensure smooth store operations.
• Process Orientation & Safety – Follow structured processes to complete tasks efficiently and adhere to safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Product Knowledge – Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through Auto Zone systems.
• Diagnostics Support – Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.

• Minimum Age:
  Must be at least 16 years old.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

  Schedule:
  
  Availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

• Automotive Knowledge:
  Basic knowledge of automotive parts is preferred.
• Exceptional Communication:
  Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Automotive Retail:
  Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Certifications:
  
  Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.
