Join Spencer's as a Senior Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, drive sales, and develop a high‑performing team.

• Maintain Guest Services and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Support the Store Manager in overall store operations to maximize sales and profitability.
• Develop and coach store staff to achieve performance goals.
• Control expenses, shrinkage, and manage merchandising and inventory control according to company policies.

• Prior retail or management experience is required.
• Minimum age 18.
• Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs for more than 8 hours per week.

Hourly rate: $19.00 – $19.25 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience).
