Maintenance Custodian Associate

Position Summary:

Are you ready to help shape a member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression? We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. As a Maintenance Associate at Sam’s Club, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go.

Maintaining a positive attitude will ensure customers have a great experience from start to finish.

Maintains safety and cleanliness of the Facility by following all safety standards and procedures, including safety sweeps, forklift spotting, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.

Cleans all areas of the Facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following Company procedures and using approved chemicals and equipment.

Ensures a safe and clean environment for Members and Associates by performing maintenance as necessary, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of materials per the Company Environmental Sustainability Program.

Maintains appropriate levels of Company-approved chemicals and supplies, ensures proper storage, and places orders to replenish stocks when low.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid for specific circumstances. We offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other benefits.
