RestaurantManager Responsibilities & Qualifications
We want for you to have:
- 2+ years of current restaurant manager experience
- Passion for the business and compassion for people.
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to recruit, develop and motivate team members.
- Flexibility.
- Must be able to create fun in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to select and train Hourly Team Members
- Proven track record of guest driven focus
- The ability to prove you are eligible to work in the US
