Position Details- Shift: 8‑hour shifts
- All weekend shifts available

- Current LPN license in the state of Missouri
- COVID‑19 vaccination or willingness to obtain
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Encourage resident engagement and socialization
- Maintain a safe, supportive care environment
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care
- Collect, document, and maintain patient information
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Communicate effectively with the RN and overseeing physician
