Serves as a professional nurse leader in coordinating the daily operation of multiple clinic areas. Actively participates in departmental quality assessment and performance improvement programs, budgetary monitoring, staffing and the patient satisfaction/customer service activities. Ensures provision of quality care in the clinics. Works under the direction of the Department Director or designee.

• BSN or the equivalent in a combination of education and relevant experience
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in area of specialty preferred, with a minimum of one year of management experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Strong organizational skills required.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Outgoing person with high service orientation.
• Sound judgment, sufficient to ensure the integrity of operations and to provide exemplary leadership in the development of teamwork among staff.
• Considerable problem solving skills.
• High degree of professionalism and personal presence.
• Missouri nursing license as a registered professional nurse.
• Maintains current BCLS
