Luxor Healthcare strives for excellence! We are looking for a Maintenance Director/ Supervisor to maintain the smooth running of the building maintenance. Join our active, fast-paced, and fun team! Make an impact on patient care!
Maintenance Director/ Supervisor role includes- Building maintenance program and repair coordination
- General daily required repairs: doors, lights, paint patching, etc.
- HVAC, plumbing, security, fire, electrical, elevator, etc.
- Generator compliance and scheduling of routine maintenance
- NFPA and facility life safety, coordinating required service visits monthly, quarterly, annually, etc.
- You have healthcare building operations experience (preferred).
- You have general plumbing/electrical skills.
- You have basic carpentry skills.
- You have general knowledge in utilizing tools.
- You are knowledgeable of NFPA & Life Safety codes.
