• Provide IT support as a subject matter expert for assigned systems and assist with other systems as needed
• Research and write technical design specifications, flowcharts, and test scripts
• Coordinate system installations with user departments and ensure satisfactory results
• Develop and execute test plans in cooperation with project teams and assist in change management activities
• Provide training and support to end-users on assigned systems, enhancing their experience and application use

• Associate's degree or 15 years of experience in Healthcare IT in lieu of a degree
• Minimum of 3-5 years of applicable experience in IT support or related roles
• One application certification or equivalent expert knowledge of supported applications
• ITIL certification (in progress)
• Strong ability to communicate complex information and build consensus among stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Proven experience in project management and coordination
• Familiarity with data mining and reporting tools to enhance system use
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in a changing work environment
• Previous experience working directly with vendors on technical requests
