Seeking a Coordinator for (PDN) Private Duty Nursing Services for the Independence, MO office!

- Creates and maintains Nursing schedules
- Schedules Nurses according to care plans and staff availability
- Discerns client services required as outlined in agreements, urgent requests and care plans
- Enters staff and client information into database
- Maintains staff and client database

- Troubleshooting problems and providing resolution
- Ability to handle a multi-line phone system
- Highly Organized & Detail Oriented
- Previous Care Coordination a plus!
