Rosewood Rehab is seeking a compassionate and organized Admissions Director to lead our admissions process. The admissions director is responsible for managing inquiries, coordinating patient admissions, building community relationships, and ensuring a smooth transition for residents and their families. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare admissions (preferably in a skilled nursing facility), excellent communication skills, and a strong customer service mindset.

• Coordinate and manage all admissions processes
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, case managers, and referral sources
• Guide families and residents through the admissions process with professionalism and empathy
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulations

• Previous experience in admissions, healthcare marketing, or a related role
• Knowledge of SNF operations and Medicaid/Medicare processes preferred
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
