Admissions Director
Rosewood Rehab – Independence, MO
Rosewood Rehab is seeking a compassionate and organized Admissions Director to lead our admissions process. This role is responsible for managing inquiries, coordinating patient admissions, building community relationships, and ensuring a smooth transition for residents and their families. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare admissions (preferably in a skilled nursing facility), excellent communication skills, and a strong customer service mindset.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage all admissions processes
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, case managers, and referral sources
- Guide families and residents through the admissions process with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulations
- Previous experience in admissions, healthcare marketing, or a related role
- Knowledge of SNF operations and Medicaid/Medicare processes preferred
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
