Outpatient clinic setting with 10 - 15 patients per day
Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm schedule
Board-certified or board-eligible geriatrician position
Value-based care environment with strong RN triage support
Hospital-employed position with comprehensive senior primary care focus

Works EMR and HEDIS measures preferred
