Full time hours (4 full days - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday; Half day on Friday). Salary negotiable dependent upon experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 to $25.00/hour

• Great bedside manner which helps manage the patient and establish a rapport with the patient.
• Organized - sterilization, operatories and patient cases.

• Knowledgeable about the basis for various treatments to help educate patients and prepare for procedures.
• Team Player that is in tune with all aspects clinically and in business.
• Values the benefits of communication amongst the team and with patients.
• Sees themselves as a professional and Wants to Grow as A Professional.
• Expanded functions, Nitrous certified, Bilingual are desirable but not required.

• Assists Dentist/RDH during all facets of dentistry.
• Take quality radiographs on patients.
• Chart patient's restorations and proposed treatments.
• Setup and breakdown operatories.
• Maintain equipment in the operatories and follow proper sterilization processes.
• Seat and dismiss patients all while keeping constant communication with the patient and staff for smooth transition.
• Perform Care Calls to patients after procedures.
• Administers and abides by company policies.
• Regulatory State, HIPAA, and OSHA compliance.
• Maintains operatories, lab cases and makes sure dental supplies are stocked for procedures.
• Maintains patient flow and directs the doctor to next operatory as necessary.
