Front Desk Receptionist; Evenings

We’re hiring a friendly, organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our skilled nursing facility. If you enjoy helping people and keeping things running smoothly, we’d love to meet you!

• Monday-Friday

• 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm (Perfect for someone wanting consistent evening hours.)

• Greet residents, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer phones, direct calls, and take messages.
• Assist residents with questions and connect them with the right departments.
• Handle basic clerical tasks: sorting mail, filing, scheduling, preparing documents.
• Support customer service efforts by helping resolve simple concerns and relaying information.
• Maintain accurate resident directory updates.
• Assist with business office tasks such as petty cash, payments, and application distribution.
• Coordinate communication during emergencies or announcements.
• Collaborate with staff to keep a positive, resident‑focused environment.

• High school diploma required.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Friendly, reliable, and able to multitask in a busy environment.
