Crossroads has been treating patients with opioid use disorder since 2005. Our clinics provide accessible, high-quality, evidence-based medication assisted treatment (MAT) options to support recovery. We operate outpatient clinics across multiple states.

• Follow policies and procedures to correctly identify patients and administer medication per the medical providers orders.
• Dispense daily and take-home medication at the dosing window.
• Coordinate care with clinical and medical staff for continuity of patient care.
• Maintain and complete accurate patient documentation including assessing for impairment.
• Ensure medication count is accurate and completed daily.
• Follow compliance policies and procedures around documentation practices and expectations.
• Participate in nursing team meetings and cross treatment meetings.
• Connect with patients, offering empathy and a listening ear to those in need.

• Licensed Practical or Registered Nurse License issued in the state in which they will be practicing or a multi-state compact status license. License should be in good standing, unencumbered, and active. If applicable, disciplinary actions documented on any license will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• 3+ years of nursing experience is preferred.
• Strong phlebotomy skills; experience drawing blood on collapsed veins is a plus.

• 4:45am–12:45pm, Monday-Friday
• 5:00am–8:00am, rotating Saturdays

• Consistent schedule with early start and no 12-hour shifts; no on-call requirements
