Crossroads has been treating patients with opioid use disorder since 2005. Our clinics provide accessible, high-quality, evidence-based medication assisted treatment (MAT) options to support recovery. We operate outpatient clinics across multiple states.
Day in the Life- Follow policies and procedures to correctly identify patients and administer medication per the medical providers orders.
- Dispense daily and take-home medication at the dosing window.
- Coordinate care with clinical and medical staff for continuity of patient care.
- Maintain and complete accurate patient documentation including assessing for impairment.
- Ensure medication count is accurate and completed daily.
- Follow compliance policies and procedures around documentation practices and expectations.
- Participate in nursing team meetings and cross treatment meetings.
- Connect with patients, offering empathy and a listening ear to those in need.
- Licensed Practical or Registered Nurse License issued in the state in which they will be practicing or a multi-state compact status license. License should be in good standing, unencumbered, and active. If applicable, disciplinary actions documented on any license will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- 3+ years of nursing experience is preferred.
- Strong phlebotomy skills; experience drawing blood on collapsed veins is a plus.
- 4:45am–12:45pm, Monday-Friday
- 5:00am–8:00am, rotating Saturdays
- More 1 on 1 care
- Consistent schedule with early start and no 12-hour shifts; no on-call requirements
- Small nursing team (2–12 based on patient census)
