TRANSPORT DRIVER – Transport Team
Hamilton Island is seeking an experienced and personable Transport Driver to join our Transport team on a full-time permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your love of driving with delivering exceptional guest service in one of Australia’s most iconic island destinations.

As a Transport Driver, you’ll be the first friendly face many guests see upon arrival. You’ll transport them across the island while delivering warm welcomes and helpful commentary to elevate their experience.
Where You’ll Make an Impact- Greet and safely shuttle guests between airport, accommodation, restaurants, and island attractions.
- Operate scheduled shuttle loop and after-hours taxi services.
- Deliver engaging and informative island introduction commentary.
- Assist passengers with boarding, disembarking, and luggage.
- Maintain vehicles in clean, safe, and operable condition at all times.
You’re a customer-focused, confident driver who enjoys engaging with people and sharing your local knowledge. Safety, professionalism, and hospitality are second nature to you.
To Be Successful, You Will Need:- Minimum QLD MR licence and a clean driving record (Essential)
- QLD Industry Authority – or eligibility to obtain one. (Essental)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous experience in bus driving.
- Tourism, resort or tour guide experience highly regarded.
- A passion for customer service and going the extra mile.
