• Responsibility for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, customer relations, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
• Set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time.
• Manage staffing, paperwork, and workload to work to a schedule.
• Maintain a perfect image and adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance & punctuality, and transportation to/from work.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Training:
  Orientation and training provided on the job.
• Communication skills: comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers.
• Essential functions/skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; make correct monetary change; verbal, writing, and telephone skills; motor coordination for rapid and accurate movements; enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Legal: valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle for delivery duties.
• Navigation skills to read a map, locate addresses within the delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain.

Exposure to varying weather conditions, temperature extremes (36°F to 90°F+), fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

Physical demands include standing, walking short distances, lifting loads up to 50 pounds, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing stairs, forward bending, crouching/squatting, reaching above 72 inches, hand tasks with eye‑hand coordination, and manipulating pizza peel, rolling cutter, and cardboard boxes. Delivery personnel also drive within a designated area and may carry pizzas and beverages during trips.
