Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the beauty of the island’s buildings, resorts, and staff facilities. Whether you live locally in Airlie Beach or make the island your home, this is your chance to bring your trade skills to a truly unique environment — and build a lifestyle most people only dream about.

You’re a skilled painter who takes pride in your workmanship, values safety, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team. You thrive in a hands‑on environment and are motivated to deliver high‑quality finishes that make a visible difference every day.
To be successful, you’ll need- Certificate III in Painting & Decorating or relevant professional experience
- Manual driver licence
- White Construction Card
- Work Safely at Heights certification
- Elevated Work Platform (above 11 metres) licence – highly desirable
