The University of South Carolina is hiring a part‑time Assistant Trades Technician to join the Facilities Services team. These entry‑level positions offer a hands‑on learning experience for individuals interested in developing skills in the trades, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.

• Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment or systems.
• Operate tools and machinery under supervision.
• Prepare work areas and clean up after tasks.
• Transport materials and supplies.
• Perform basic inspections and report issues.

• Driver’s license required.
