ELECTRICIAN FOREMAN / SUPERVISOR - Hamilton Island
As an Electrician Foreman / Supervisor
, you’ll lead a team of Electricians and Leading Hands, overseeing the safe and efficient delivery of all electrical installation, maintenance, and repair works across Hamilton Island.

- Lead and supervise the electrical team, driving a culture of safety, compliance and teamwork
- Manage day-to-day electrical operations, including maintenance, installations and emergency works
- Maintain and repair systems across accommodation, resort venues, commercial kitchens, motors, pumps and AV
- Prioritise urgent guest-related repairs to ensure comfort and safety
- Monitor team performance, approve timesheets and prepare work rosters
- Ensure accurate recordkeeping of materials, hours and maintenance reporting
- Support other trades and collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to meet operational needs
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders and your team through regular meetings and briefings
You’re an experienced electrician who leads by example, with a focus on quality, compliance and collaboration. You’re ready to step up into a supervisory role in a location that offers more than just a job.
To be successful, you’ll need- QLD Electrical Work Licence - Electrical Mechanic (Essential)
- Minimum 2 years’ full-time trade experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Current CPR and LVR certification
- QLD open/unrestricted driver’s licence
