How you can make a difference

You will own and drive our service contract business, acting as the key link between customers, sales, and our service organization.
From quotations and negotiations to follow-ups and ERP updates — you ensure everything runs smoothly, professionally, and with excellence.
You are not just coordinating.
You are strengthening customer relationships and driving profitable growth.
That’s what you bring along:
- Experience in Life Science or similar industry
- Background in customer service (service contract sales or inside sales are a big plus!)
- Strong administrative and communication skills
- Fluency in English + one Nordic language
- Structured, solution-oriented, and service-minded
