Job Profile:
Business Development Executive / Manager

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in furniture, interior & home decor segment
• Generate leads through field sales, calls, emails, and client meetings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and clients
• Present company products and customized furniture solutions to clients
• Negotiate pricing, close deals, and achieve monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with design and production teams for smooth project execution
• Maintain CRM, sales reports, and follow-ups

• Proven experience in Business Development / Sales (furniture or interiors preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to handle clients independently
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Knowledge of local market and B2B/B2C sales is an advantage

Experience:

14 years (flexible for the right candidate)

Qualification:

Graduate / MBA (preferred but not mandatory)
