Position Summary: Are you an  early bird  who loves the smell of fresh cupcakes? We are looking for a bubbly, high-energy Opening Team Member to help us launch each day! You are the architect of the  first impression , ensuring our shop is beautiful, fully stocked, and ready for our 11:00 AM opening.

Key Responsibilities:

• The 11 AM Launch
  :
  Work closely with the Retail Experience Lead to ensure all display cases are 100% stocked, labeled, and visually pristine by opening time.
• Warm Welcomes
  :
  Greet our first guests of the day with a bubbly, friendly demeanor to create an inviting atmosphere the moment they walk in.
• Product Expert
  :
  Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products, including ingredients, flavor profiles, and potential allergens.
• Operational Prep
  :
  Assist with initial till counts and stocking drink stations for the day.
• Order Verification
  :
  Expertly ensure all custom and pre-orders are correctly retrieved and verified with the customer before pickup.
• Visual Standards
  :
  Maintain the pristine appearance of display cases, counters, and seating areas through regular cleaning.

Qualifications & Skills:

  Naturally bubbly, outgoing, and positive; you enjoy making people's day better.
• Experience
  :
  Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus.
• Reliability
  :
  Exceptional punctuality; opening shifts depend on your consistent attendance.
• Physical Requirements
  :
  Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Shift Times &

Schedule:

• Typical Shift
  : 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
• Days
  :
  Monday – Saturday (Must be available for Saturday rotations).

• Pay
  : $12.00 – $14.00/hr + Tips.
