Customer Service Rep
Description
Our ideal candidate will be hospitality focused with a strong background in service. They will be dependable, motivated to learn, committed to working as a team member, possess excellent communication skills, and will be willing and able to provide our guests with authentically warm service.
Requirements- Preferably 1-2 years restaurant experience with high volume setting
- Excellent emotional self-awareness, with a clear understanding of guest and staff boundaries
- Ability to multitask and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Team oriented and positive mindset
- Open availability
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 30 pounds.
- Knowledge of Open Table a plus
