We are looking for a Bar Manager for our new full-service concept, that will be located at 19 Fulton on the cobblestones, to open late Spring of 2026.The Bar Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of 19 Fulton Restaurant. With a primary focus on delivering a hospitable experience for guests and fostering a positive environment for staff, this role will oversee day-to-day operations, set-up, opening, and closing procedures.
** What You Will Do
*** Ensure the brand and experience align with the concept vision
* Supervising and enhancing the customer experience at the bar, ensuring exceptional service delivery
* Ensuring that set-up, opening, and closing procedures are followed to maintain operational excellence
* Providing hands-on support to bartenders during peak hours, assisting with customer service and drink preparation
* Supervising staff on a day-to-day basis, monitoring performance, and handling any guest inquiries; escalating issues accordingly
* Handling and supporting administrative duties such as ordering, scheduling, inventory management, waste control, payroll, and other related tasks
* Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies to management
* Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including back of house areas
* Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies
* Consistently report to scheduled shifts on time and ready to work in proper uniform
* Operate ethically to protect the image of the company
* Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested
** About You****:
*** Minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant environment
* Minimum 1 year of management or supervisory experience
* Extensive knowledge of bar life cycles and setup, spirits, cocktail ingredients, and garnishes
* Familiarity with alcohol service and food safety standards, including DOH protocols

* Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
