As a Commis Chef, you’ll work under the guidance of senior chefs, assisting with food preparation, plating, and kitchen operations across one of our diverse dining outlets. You'll learn by doing – building your skills in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
Where You’ll Make an Impact- Assist with prep and cooking across various kitchen sections.
- Ensure food is presented with consistency and care.
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times.
- Rotate through kitchens across the island to broaden your skills.
- Be part of a collaborative team delivering exceptional guest experiences.
You’re energetic, curious, and ready to grow. You take pride in your work, thrive in a team environment, and are passionate about creating great food.
To Be Successful, You Will Need:- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (Essential).
- Valid working rights in Australia (minimum 6 months).
- Willingness to learn and follow direction.
- Good organisation, personal presentation, and communication skills.
- Open Australian driver licence (manual required for some roles).
- Relevant kitchen experience (preferred but not essential).
