• Greeting each guest in a courteous way and making sure they receive the products they want
• Espresso and beverage preparation and service
• Maintaining a clean and staged work station at all times, regardless of volume
• Pursuing professionalism in all aspects Assist the job engineering from back-office tasks
• Bussing, cleaning, staging the café to maintain an energetic, clean, environment
• Memorizing, understanding, and representing Indie Coffee Roaster’s Mission, Vision, Values
• Completing all closing responsibilities to expectation
• Accurate coffee knowledge communication to guests
• All products served reflect Indie Coffee Roasters expectations and quality standards
• Looking for service opportunities, making guests feel special
• Accurate register operations and cash handling
• Tasting espressos throughout service and ensuring that all coffees are dialed according to flavor and recipe

• Available on a long term basis-not just a summer position

• If part‑time, willing to commit to 3 shifts per week, with both Saturdays and Sundays available for scheduling
• If full‑time, willing to commit to 5 shifts per week, with one weekend day available for scheduling
