Camp Victory is seeking a Part-time, Seasonal Food Service Manager!
$20/hour starting pay for the person with the right experience!
The Food Service Manager oversees a kitchen operation that serves Camp Victory campers, volunteers, families, and staff at summer camp (June, July, and August), weekend camping (fall, winter, spring), and special events. This person serves as the primary food service leader who receives menus from our partner camps, orders food, prepares and serves meals, supervises staff, and manages the kitchen/dining environment, with the goal of providing nutritious, appealing, and appropriate food for up to 180 plates per meal.
This person is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing food service operations. The Food Service Manager is a key member of a team serving Camp Victory.
Qualifications include:
- Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record clearance
- Pennsylvania Child Abuse History clearance
- Serve-Safe Certification
- At least 21 years of age
- Excellent Supervisory Skills
- Ability to relate well to others
- Previous experience in food service
