Piano Bar Staff

We're TDR, a well established piano bar and party venue in central Bath. We are currently looking for outgoing and enthusiastic people to come and join an established team (many of whom joined via an SU ad just like this one).

We are recruiting for both bar and floor staff, and are ideally looking for people with experience in a high volume environment- if you're looking for bar work then we're after people who know their way around a bar, and have cocktail experience. For floor work enthusiasm is more important than experience but you need to have stamina and energy as we're a busy venue- and be prepared to do things the TDR way, as we're passionate about giving all our guests an amazing experience.

We do skill up all our employees into both bar and floor service, but at the same time we would prefer it if you had a preference to do one or the other- we find our best floor people often tend to be creative types (drama students etc) and our bar staff tend to be slightly more analytical types (lots of scientists!).

We're a pretty neurodiverse bunch too.

In return we can offer £12.50 an hour plus service charge, which tends to be around £2 an hour extra. We also run a rolled up holiday pay system, so you get your holiday pay paid out every payday (much better way of doing things than having to request your holiday pay).

We have a lovely friendly team, and we're really serious about creating a safe and welcoming place to work as much as to visit, with zero tolerance for creepy or agressive customers and you'll have a very supportive General Manager (Cerys) who will really look after you.

It is hard work but lots of fun and our team are a loyal and happy bunch (all the staff we recruited last time around from the SU are still here working for us)
