* Sign-On Bonus Eligible $5,000
* 36 Hours per Week
* We will also consider 24 Hours per Week
* 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.
* Weekend Rotation as Required by Department
* Weekend Option Available with Premium Pay Eligibility

* *** Job Summary
** Provides direct patient care activities including IV management, utilizing the nursing process, under the supervision of the RN.
** Job Responsibilities
*** Implements treatments and procedures within the scope of practice for the Licensed Practical Nurse.
* Under the direction of the Registered Nurse, provides patient teaching and discharge planning. Participates in professional development and lifelong learning.
* Performs patient assessment and evaluation regarding the patient's age and developmental needs.
* Assists in developing and updating the plan of care regarding the patient's age and developmental needs.
* Implements plan of care regarding the patient's age and developmental needs.
* Boone Health has determined this is a safety-sensitive position. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is an essential function of this job.
* Performs Other Responsibilities as Assigned.
** Minimum Qualifications
*** High School Diploma or GED
* No Experience
* No Supervisor Experience
* LPN – IV Certification
** Preferred Qualifications*** < 2 Years’ Experience
** Work Shift
** Night Shift (United States of America)
