We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Manager to join our Project Management Office. You will work collaboratively across

DEC to deliver a wide range of strategically important projects – from cutting edge R&D, clinical trials, GMP scale manufacturing, to facility upgrades,operational and system improvements and new product launches.

Reporting tothe Director of Transformation and Delivery, you will lead planning, execution,risk management and stakeholder engagement across your project portfolio. Your ability to drive momentum, capturedetailed nuances, foster collaboration through communication and navigatecomplexity in a highly regulated environment will set you apart.

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets and risk registers
• Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements (FDA, GMP and others)
• Facilitate cross functional collaboration across the business
• Deliverprojects on time, in budget to agreed scope
• Manage projects of strategic importance across DEC, including operational improvements, facilities and equipment upgrades, and business transformation initiatives
• Promotea strong health, safety and environment culture across all project activities
• Communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels

• Bachelor'sdegree or higher-level qualification(ideally in a STEM field)
• Prince2, PMP certification, Lean/6 Sigma or similar
• 3+years of project management experience, ideally within a highly regulatedmanufacturing or technology environment
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven problem solving, decision making and risk management skills
• Abilityto manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in project management software tools such as Microsoft Project,Smartsheet

• Knowledge of FDA regulations, GMP, ISO 13485 or other regulatory requirements
• Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing
• Experience in quality assurance/engineering of new products or new manufacturing processes
• Abilityto flex project management methodologies to suit different project types andneeds
