IT Strategy Intern will support the CIO, IT leadership team, and cross‑functional technology initiatives that drive organizational efficiency, data‑driven decision‑making, and digital transformation. This role is ideal for a student or early‑career professional who wants exposure to enterprise technology strategy, IT operations, program management, and executive‑level communications.
Key Responsibilities:Strategic & Operational Support
- Assist the CIO with day‑to‑day operational activities, including tracking key initiatives, preparing executive updates, and supporting strategic planning efforts.
- Conduct research, gather data, and synthesize insights that inform technology strategy, industry trends, and organizational priorities.
- Support development of IT dashboards, KPIs, and communication materials used for executive audiences.
- Participate in enterprise‑level IT programs and modernization initiatives, providing coordination, documentation, and follow‑up support.
- Assist in preparing project briefs, status reports, presentations, and meeting materials for leadership and key stakeholders.
- Help track dependencies, risks, and action items across multiple IT work streams.
- Draft internal communications, summaries, and talking points for CIO meetings, leadership reviews, and company updates.
- Partner with functional leaders to gather information and ensure alignment across IT and business units.
- Contribute to developing and maintaining CIO‑level narratives, strategy outlines, and roadmap visuals.
- Support analysis of IT processes and recommend areas for streamlining, automation, or optimization.
- Assist with data collection, documentation, and reporting related to application performance, service delivery, and operational metrics.
- Help maintain knowledge bases, governance documents, and IT process documentation.
- Exposure to enterprise‑level technology leadership and decision‑making
- Hands‑on experience with technology strategy, IT governance, and digital transformation
- Mentorship from the CIO and the broader IT leadership team
- Experience collaborating with executives, business leaders, and technical teams
- Project management, communication, analytics, and organizational skills
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills.
- Interest in technology leadership, IT strategy, enterprise systems, or digital transformation.
- Duration of internship will be from June 1st to August 14th.
- Paid up to 40 hours per week
