Where you’ll fit in & what our team goals are…
You will play a critical role in delivering high‑quality, controlled and scalable reporting change for institutional and intermediary clients across EMEA. Your role partners closely with Client Service, Sales, Product, Operations, Technology, and external vendors to translate client mandates into robust reporting solutions—ensuring changes are captured, governed, implemented, and measured consistently.
A core success factor is excellent stakeholder management—driving clarity, alignment, and timely delivery across multiple teams and jurisdictions.
How you'll spend your time... Change Intake, Governance & Controls- Assist IMA reviews to extract and validate reporting obligations, translating them into clear, actionable requirements and control checks.
- Ensure all change‑related client mandates are duly recorded in the central repository with complete lineage (source, approvals, effective dates, impacted products/portfolios, controls, and testing evidence).
- Maintain and update reporting matrices for new and existing clients, reflecting templates, data sources, delivery channels, frequencies, and commentary requirements.
- Log and track vendor change forms for all external providers (e.g., composition files, factsheets, translation, distribution), ensuring SLAs, specs, and testing gates are adhered to.
- Join client onboarding calls to capture reporting scope, timelines, dependencies, and non‑standard asks; convert outcomes into clear action plans and issues logs.
- Set up new accounts in PEGA (our reporting tool) accurately and in a timely manner, aligning fields with data governance standards and tiering.
- Coordinate UAT and post‑implementation verification for reporting changes; raise and track defects to closure.
- Act as a day‑to‑day point of contact for EMEA reporting change across Client Service, Sales, Product, Operations, Technology, and external vendors.
- Produce transparent status reporting (RAG, risk/issue logs, decision trackers) and communicate impacts, mitigations, and target dates to senior stakeholders.
- Represent Client Reporting Change in governance forums, playbacks, and incident reviews; document decisions and follow through on actions.
- Produce and publish reporting change metrics by client tiering (volume, cycle‑time, SLA adherence, rework/defects, vendor timeliness, audit gaps).
- Review and rationalize commentary requests across all products to ensure consistency, control, and scalability (e.g., standard libraries, tone of voice, approval workflows).
- Identify and deliver process innovation (automation, templates, checklists, standard fields, playbooks, and control gates) to reduce manual effort and operational risk.
- Contribute to policy, SOP, and run‑book refinements, ensuring audit‑readiness and alignment to risk and compliance standards.
- Uphold reporting standards, legal and regulatory considerations relevant to EMEA markets.
- Ensure controls are designed and evidenced for end‑to‑end change (requirements, approvals, configuration, testing, implementation, monitoring).
- Proven experience in client reporting, change management,…
