Job Description As a Learning Needs Analyst, your role will involve collaborating with Business Units and HR Business Partners to identify L&D needs. You will conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) by utilizing performance data, competency frameworks, and business the Program Design & Delivery phase, your responsibilities will include coordinating with internal trainers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and external vendors to design and deliver training programs.
You will also support the development of training content, modules, and learning pathways. Additionally, you will be in charge of planning and managing the end-to-end rollout of training programs, which involves setting timelines, defining target audience, organizing logistics, and selecting locations.
For Learning Operations & Engagement, you will drive learning campaigns and create engaging learning content, such as micro-learning nuggets and communication materials. Ensuring high participation and learner engagement across programs will be crucial. You will also be responsible for tracking participant attendance, completion rates, and learning the realm of Digital Learning & Special Projects, your contributions will extend to digital learning initiatives like Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning modules, blended learning, and virtual programs.
Additionally, you will support special L&D projects that aim to foster a continuous learning culture.
Analytics & Effectiveness will be a key focus area where you will maintain learning Management Information Systems (MIS) and dashboards. Tracking training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and Return on Investment (ROI) metrics will be essential. You will also prepare reports and insights for leadership review.
Essential qualifications for this role include a strong knowledge of L&D concepts, adult learning principles, and training effectiveness. An analytical mindset with experience in learning analytics and reporting is crucial. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, along with being self-driven, proactive, detail-oriented, and having the ability to thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment. Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, as well as a passion for people development and continuous learning, are also important traits for success in this role.
