** We are hiring for a Seasonal Private Bar Attendant/ Mini Bar Attendant! This position is temporary, April
- October.

* About the role:

** As a Private Bar Attendant, your primary responsibility is to monitor and maintain the minibar in guest rooms, ensuring it is well-stocked and meeting the needs of our guests. You will report directly to the In Room Dining Manager and provide exceptional service to enhance the guest experience. The Private bar Attendant also meets any special guest requests for specific or preferred items and ensures that all incurred charges are posted to the guest portfolio prior to checkout.

This position is exclusive to the In Room Dining gratuity pool.

* What you will do:

*** Regularly check and replenish minibars in guest rooms, ensuring a diverse selection of beverages and snacks.
* Verify proper display and expiration dates for all items in the minibar, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
* Address guest requests for minibar refills promptly and assist with inquiries about minibar offerings.
* Prioritize guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional service, addressing concerns, and maintaining accurate records of minibar consumption.
* Monitor minibar inventory levels, order replenishments as needed and conduct regular audits to prevent discrepancies.
* Generate daily reports on minibar activities, covering sales, consumption, and restocking needs.
* Promptly report any damaged or missing items to the In Room Dining Manager.
* Adhere to company policies, procedures, safety guidelines, and alcohol service regulations
* Collaborate with the In Room Dining Manager and team members to ensure seamless guest services.
* Stay adaptable to meet the evolving needs of the hotel and its guests.

*** Minimum 6 months food service or related work.
* Ability to count and record accurately.
* Ability to push carts with push/pull force of 50+ lbs.
* Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence of or due to heavy volume in areas of Food & Beverage when needed.
