We’re seeking an experienced and customer-focused Gaming Attendant to join our friendly team. This role is ideal for someone with strong gaming knowledge who enjoys creating a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable environment for guests.

As a Gaming Attendant, you’ll primarily work within the gaming lounge, ensuring all gaming operations run smoothly and compliantly while delivering friendly, professional service to every guest.

• Operate and monitor gaming facilities including pokies, TAB, and Keno

• Provide excellent customer service within the gaming lounge

• Ensure compliance with Responsible Service of Gambling requirements

• Process transactions accurately and handle cash securely

• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming gaming environment

• Assist with food and beverage service if required during quieter periods

• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner

You are a confident and approachable hospitality professional with proven gaming experience and a strong understanding of compliance requirements.

• Proven experience in gaming operations including pokies, TAB, and Keno (essential)

• Current QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate (essential)

• Current QLD Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) certificate (essential)

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• A positive attitude and attention to detail

• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including evenings and weekends

• Open driver’s licence preferred
