We are looking for an experienced bus driver to join our elite team in El Centro. As a key member, you will ensure safe and comfortable transportation for our passengers while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

• Execute flawless operations by following designated routes and schedules, adhering to safety protocols and traffic regulations.
• Exhibit exceptional care and assistance toward passengers, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation.
• Champion vehicle safety through comprehensive pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, promptly reporting maintenance issues, and maintaining cleanliness and safety equipment readiness.
• Uphold company policies and procedures rigorously, including seat belt enforcement, emergency response preparedness, and regulatory compliance.
• Perform other duties as required.

• 21 years or older.
• Valid CDL Class A or B with passenger and airbrake endorsement preferred but not required.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Availability to work day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts as assigned.
• Subject to a DOT drug test and physical if applicable; DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.

• Work shifts or flexible schedules as needed.
• Long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
• Work environment includes both indoor and outdoor settings.

• Pay:
  Starting $19.67 per hour, progressing to $27.50 over 15 years.
• 40 hours of paid sick leave after 90 days of employment.
• Other standard benefits: 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental and vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, voluntary long‑term disability.
• No other benefits offered to part‑time drivers.
