Phlebotomist

Don't worry if you're a recent graduate with no experience, as we are open to considering candidates straight out of school who demonstrate a strong drive to succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Confidently collect blood samples from patients with a smile and a joke, channeling Kevin Hart's energy and charisma.
• Interact with patients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their comfort and answering any questions they may have.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols to ensure the well-being of both patients and yourself, while keeping the atmosphere fun and upbeat.
• Utilize proper labeling and documentation techniques to accurately record and maintain patient information and sample records.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide efficient and timely sample collection, while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in phlebotomy is preferred, but we are open to considering candidates straight out of school who demonstrate exceptional motivation and a genuine passion for the field.
• Certification as a phlebotomist is a plus, but not mandatory. We believe in giving motivated individuals the opportunity to thrive.
• Ability to handle a workload of 8-15 patients per day with a positive attitude and efficiency.
• Strong communication skills, as you will be interacting closely with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Flexible schedule as per the requirements of our patients and the healthcare facility.
