Job Title: Permanent Care Home Manager
Location: Immingham
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
We are seeking an experienced Care Home Manager for a permanent position in Immingham. The ideal candidate must have previous experience as a registered manager and possess turnaround experience. You should be able to work independently and take initiative to ensure the highest standards of care and management within the home.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day management of the care home
- Implement strategies for improvement and turnaround where necessary
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Lead and motivate a team of care professionals
- Manage budgets and resources effectively
- Proven experience as a Home Manager
- Previous registration as a care home manager
- Experience in turnaround situations
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
