Document Controller

Position: Document Controller (Contract)
Location: North Killingholme

Elvet Recruitment have been appointed to recruit a Document Controller to join a established contractor within Earthworks and Civil Engineering for their team in the Hull area.

This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with previous document controlling experience to join a progressive and growing business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Oversee document workflow within Common Data Environments.

* Regularly liaise with project teams, offering guidance to ensure systems are configured for optimal project delivery.

* Manage internal and external user accounts.

* Ensure data input complies with procedures and proper referencing protocols.

* Create Task Information containers for communication with clients and suppliers.

* Complete project close-out documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

* Previous experience in Document Control.

* Familiarity with construction practices and standards (desirable)

* Proficiency in using spreadsheets, databases, excel & Microsoft packages

* Experience in utilizing electronic document management systems (specifically Viewpoint for Projects)

* Ability to maintain clear and accurate records and reports.
