We’re looking for an Industrial Athlete to manage approximately 1,500 cases per shift as an Order Selector. You’ll work a 12‑hour shift (starting 3 pm) four days a week, with overtime, stat holiday work, and the option for night and freezer premiums. The role offers growth opportunities toward management and senior leadership.

Pay
:
Starting hourly wage $31.19, increasing to $31.75 after 6 months, with $1.00/night shift premium and $1.00/freezer premium. Additional annual increases apply.

• Maintain production and accuracy while selecting food service orders.
• Load pallets to ensure safe delivery to customers.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and preferred work methods.
• Follow all Sysco policies, including health and safety.
• Carry out duties safely as instructed through training.
• Participate in shift, departmental, company, and safety meetings.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Warehouse Manager and Supervisors.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• English fluency.
• High-volume warehouse experience using pallet jack and/or forklift is beneficial.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds repetitively.
• Comfortable working in cold/freezer environment.
• Safety-conscious and team-oriented.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
