Duties and Responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to all company safety procedures and participate in regular periodic Environmental, Health, and Safety training.
• Load and unload trailers at designated locations.
• Transport finished goods and raw materials over land to and from manufacturing plants or retail and distribution centers.
• Inspect vehicle for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must possess a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong attention to detail
• Performance driven. Always striving to do your best.
• Safety conscious. Making safety a top priority for yourself and your co-workers.
• Resourceful. Always looking for opportunities and growing new business.
• Honest. Must value doing things right and being respectful in all communication with others.

Physical Requirements

Able to climb ladders and stairs, stand, walk, and lift up to 100lbs. At times, exposed to inclement weather including hot and cold temperatures.

• The starting wage for this position is $26/hour, with potential adjustments based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
