Earn up to 64 CPM - Start at 60 CPM + 4 CPM safety/service bonus - Team Drivers
:
Earn up to 79 CPM, split - Start at 75 CPM + 4 CPM safety/service bonus, split - 100% No-touch freight
- Average length of haul:
Long OTR, longer for teams - Free rider program & no deposit pet policy
- Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance are available for employees and their families
- Valid Class A CDL
- Must be at least 21 years old
- 3 months of first-seat experience
Our drivers typically only run routes east of the Mississippi, meaning you’ll be home every 1-2 weeks, depending on the freight! At PTL, you'll receive a long OTR length of haul, longer for teams. This means more time on the road earning and less time waiting at the shippers.
To help keep your pay more consistent, we'll pay the portion of miles you've run up to the payroll cutoff time. Our company drivers earn base rate increases based on tenure AND every 50,000 miles with no cap!
