Illinois Central School Bus is now Hiring School Bus Drivers in Coal City, IL. Our drivers have flexible hours and time off during school holidays. As a school bus driver at Illinois Central School Bus, you are not only an essential worker, but also a HERO to children every day! We are looking for candidates who are responsible, love children, and are very reliable.

We are proud to offer:

• $21.00 to $29.50 per hour for bus drivers (based on experience)
• Hire on now at our Wilmington location, represented by the Teamsters, for 24/25 wages starting at $20 up to $26.50 based on experience*
• Paid Training*
• Flexible Hours – No Nights or Weekends required*
• Hours of School Bus Driver:
• Route Hours guaranteed up to 5.5 hours per day when school is in session*
• Additional work hours available with field trips and charters
• Summer School routes available – Work year-round with School Holiday breaks

As a School Bus Driver, your major responsibilities will be to:

• Safely transport passengers
• Assists students in the loading and unloading process

• At least 21 years old & hold a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years
