Overview: Join our team as a CDL A Truck Driver and play a crucial role in supporting agricultural operations. This role primarily involves transporting fertilizer and ag chemicals to farms and company locations, with occasional grain hauling during slower periods. We’re looking for a reliable, safety-conscious professional who values excellent service and enjoys a dynamic work environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Safely transport fertilizer and agricultural chemicals to farms, dealers, and company branches.
• Haul grain and other agricultural products during off-peak periods as needed.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, inventory records, and DOT documentation.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch to ensure smooth route coordination.
• Operate trucks and equipment in full compliance with FMCSA and USDOT regulations.
• Assist with additional duties and tasks as required.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience & Knowledge:

• Prior experience in agriculture or farming operations preferred.
• Understanding of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR).
• Basic knowledge of commercial truck maintenance and pre-trip inspections.

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and company procedures consistently.
• Comfortable using computers, mobile devices, and logging software.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Manual transmission experience required.
• Hazmat endorsement preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs repeatedly, perform repetitive motions, and safely handle equipment.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
