Part Time Test Driver

Performance Driven Workforce (PDW) is now hiring part Part‑time Test Drivers to drive pre‑production vehicles for an automotive Tier 1 supplier. This part time test driver position offers flexible scheduling with an AM day shift available, based out of Wittmann, AZ. Test drivers will evaluate pre‑production vehicles, providing feedback on issues, vehicle function, comfort and performance. Part time test drivers will drive in small groups on designated routes for 8‑10 hour shifts while performing test procedures.

Test drivers are not required to have any automotive technical experience. Candidates meeting the requirements below with flexible schedules are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Must be at least 18 years old with high school diploma or equivalent
• Must have a valid driver’s license with minimum of 3 years’ driving experience with an excellent driving record and have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work shifts that include overnight stays out of state as needed
• Available to work flexible schedule and/or weekends as needed
• Possess automotive knowledge and be able to check basic vehicle components
• Detail oriented & able to complete required paperwork including vehicle checklist and composition of reports
• Be a self‑starter, self‑motivated & willing to learn

• Basic computer skills
• Ability to drive vehicles with manual transmission
• Ability to work shifts that require overnight stays, may be out of state
• Ability to work a variety of shifts as needed
